Guitar Teacher
Position: Guitar Teacher
Location: BOCO
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, Saturdays

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guitar Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to read music and the versatility to work with students of all age groups. This role involves providing one-on-one lessons as well as opportunities to teach group classes, which offer higher rates of pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality guitar instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals and learning style.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, and other school events.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in guitar and ability to read music.
- Experience teaching guitar to students of various age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Strongly Encouraged, but not required.
- Experience leading group classes or ensembles.
- Background in multiple music genres & multi-instrumentalists are highly encouraged to apply.
