What is BOCO?
BOCO—short for Boss Conservatory— is a family operated music lesson studio in North Oak Cliff, attached to the historic Kessler Theater. Twice a year, we hold our bi-annual recitals in the winter and the spring providing an exclusive opportunity for our students to perform in this
NYTimes reviewed music venue.
Our director has a long storied background in music and a genuine interest in providing music education & hosting community events in our wonderful and diverse community. BOCO hopes to provide Oak Cliff and the DFW area an opportunity for eager students to develop their abilities as skilled, proficient and cultured musicians.

At B O C O, we pride ourselves on having a team of expert instructors. Our entire staff works as one unit looking out for every students individual goals and areas of needed development. Making sure our students get the upmost attention from 1 instructor, but all of our instructors on campus.

Wether your prepping an audition for Juilliard, Berklee, UNT, or are just starting to learn Do-Re-Mi; BOCO will guide you through all the necessary curriculum & training that will put you in the best position to succeed. We also pride ourselves in our students learning about culture through music at our program.
Our Programs
BOCO offers a wide variety of music and arts programs designed to serve students of all ages and skill levels. From early childhood classes like Little Oaks for toddlers and Big Oaks group piano for young beginners, to one-on-one lessons in instruments such as guitar, piano, violin, drums, voice, and more, BOCO provides a nurturing environment for growth.
School partnerships bring modern band and enrichment programs directly to classrooms. BOCO also hosts themed camps, community events, and performance opportunities, all aimed at making music and creativity accessible, fun, and inspiring.
